Ghulam Mustaffa Beigh, 73, of Alamdar Colony Gopalpora Chadoora (Kashmir) is missing from Jamia Masjid area of Delhi from last 8 days.
This man had come from Goa and was heading towards Srinagar when the incident happened.
His family while appealing general public to help them find their elder has sought the intervention of authorities to trace the man.
