The Kashmir Chamber of Commerce & Industry (KCCI) Thursday expressed serious concern at the closure of cement plants in Khrew.
In a statement issued here, KCCI president Mushtaq Ahmad Wani said that it was high time that the Government intervened to end the unwarranted interruption of business units in the area.
“The continuous closure of cement units has resulted in shortage of cement and irreparable loss to the local manufacturing units who have critical investments in the industry,” the statement added.
