Islamabad Police seek help to identify suspected militants involved in bank robbery

Jammu and Kashmir police on Monday sought help to identify the suspected militants involved in a bank robbery.

The police spokesman in a statement said, “Pictures of the militants who are involved in Bank robbery at JK Bank Mahind in Sirigufwara District Islamabad are being circulated in the Public domain. The general public is requested to assist Police in identifying the militants involved in this Bank robbery.”

Pertinently Islamabad Police has registered a case in the instant matter under case FIR No: 38/2018 under section 392 RPC, 7/25 Arms Act at Police Station Sirigufwara. Investigation in the case has been initiated.

Earlier suspected militants on Monday looted an amount of 18,0000 and one 12 bore rifle from Jammu and Kashmir Bank in Mehand Sriugfwara village of south Kashmir’s Islamabad district.
