Police on Monday said that a teenage girl was found dead in Majalta area of Udhampur district of Jammu and Kashmir.
Reports said that the deceased girl was recovered from a stream near her residence at Khabal village in Majalta area of Udhampur district on Sunday.
According to an official the girl had accidentally fallen into the water body resulting in her death.
In this regard, police have registered a case and further investigations have been taken up.
