An over ground worker of militants has surrendered before Army in southern Kashmir, reports said on Wednesday.
They said that Altaf Sheikh was a close confidante of Hizb ul Mujahideen and Lashkar e Toiba who are operating in Qaimoh belt of Kulgam district.
