At least three persons hit and injured by deadly have been referred to Srinagar for advanced treatment from South Kashmir’s Pulwama district.
Clashes erupted in Rahmoo area of Pulwama early today when Rashtriya Rifles (RR) men raided the village and tried to bring down banners and pro-freedom flags.
Many civilians were injured who were treated locally, however, people from adjoining villages came to Rahmoo and the clashes intensified.
“We have received eight pellet injured civilians,” sources in district hospital Pulwama told Kashmir Life. “Five have been treated and three injured civilians have been referred to Srinagar for advanced treatment.”
Local sources said that the injured included four ladies as well.
