Islamabad By-Polls: CM Mehbooba Wins by 12086 votes

PDP President and CM Mehbooba Mufti has won the Islamabad by-polls defeating INC’s Hilal Shah by a margin of 12,085 votes.

The final count of votes is: NC’s Iftikhar Hussain Misger  2811 votes; PDP’s Mehbooba Mufti 17701 votes; INC’s Hilal Ahmad Shah 5616 votes; Tejinder Singh 240 votes; Mujeeeb ur Rehman 642 votes; Masroor Ahmad 209 votes; Mushtaq Ahmad 333 votes; Manzoor Ahmad Khan 541 votes; NOTA 365

Total number of votes polled were 28458 including 638 migrant votes and 5 postal ballot votes.
