IB reportedly alerts MHA: ‘Fidayeen’ might hit Samba, Kathua

Reports are suggesting that Intelligence Bureau (IB) has alerted Ministry of Home Affairs about a possible attack by the militant outfits Lashkar-e-Toiba (LeT) and Hizbul Mujahideen in Samba and Kathua district of Jammu and Kashmir.

According to reports, the IB has told MHA that the militant outfits are planning to carry out a ‘Fidayeen’ attack in the region.

MHA, reports suggest, was alerted at a time when two guerrillas attacked an Army camp in Samba.
