As flood panic builds, police establishes special control room

SRINAGAR

In a wake of situation created by incessant and swelling Jhelum, police on Sunday established a Special Control Room in Police Control Room Srinagar to help people in situation arising due to bad weather.

“People are requested to contact on following numbers in case of any help is needed: 0194-2452138, 0194-2474040, 0194-2450946,” the police handout said. “People can also send Whatsapp messages/pictures on mobile number 9858222333.”
