Bemina’s Hamdania Colony has been inundated as water from channel in the area has breached in.
Though the panic wasn’t rampant in the area, but many predict the ugly situation, if the downpour continues.
Pertinently, in last year’s September flood as well, Hamdania Colony was the worst hit.
