H1N1: Nowhatta Lady Succumbs

SRINAGAR


One more person died due to H1N1 infection in Srinagar while as total number of infected people has reached to 394.


A 55 year old lady died who was admitted in SKIMS on March 4 after tested positive for H1N1.


The lady according to a SKIMS statement was from Nowhatta area of the city had associated co-morbidities in form of CKD( chronic Kidney disease).


As per the statement one patient with Swine flu is admitted in the isolation ward of SKIMS.


Meanwhile, 53 cases were seen in OPD today upto 2.00 PM and nine samples were taken from the suspected patients.


The statement said that reports were awaited for samples and they were under process. Meanwhile total number of patients positive for H1N1 has gone up to 394.
