Amid Downpour, Jhelum Maintains Steady Course

At a time when downpour resumed in valley after a day’s hiatus, Jhelum continues to maintain a steady level by flowing below danger mark.


The latest gauge readings recorded at 11 am by Irrigation and Flood Control Department, Kashmir suggest the steady course of Jhelum.


At Sangam, the level of Jhelum was recorded as 11.45 ft (Status – GREEN). At Ram Munshibagh, it was 15.20 ft (Status – GREEN) and at Asham, the level was 11.58 ft (Status – GREEN).
