A mentally challenged missing boy traced in Srinagar

Srinagar

Jammu and Kashmir police traced a mentally challenged missing boy and handed him over to his family members in the summer capital, Srinagar, a police spokesman said here Tuesday afternoon.

He said a missing report was lodged by Abdul Rahim Wani, a resident of resident of sugan Nar Khag Budgam in Police Station Karan Nagar stating that his nephew namely Tariq Ahmed Wani who is mentally unsound was brought to SMHS Hospital for medical treatment by his parents.

However, he went missing from SMHS Hospital.

He said on this report a missing report was registered and the search was initiated.

After strenuous efforts, the missing boy was traced out within 5 hours.
