Self Immolation Bid: ‘Sgr Boy Discharged, Had Sustained Minor Injuries,’ says MS SMHS

The boy who set himself ablaze in a protest demonstration on Monday at Saida Kadal in Srinagar is fine, doctors said.

The medical superintendent of SMHS Hospital Monday evening said, “a boy, named Manzoor Ahmad Darzi; s/o Bashir Ahmad, had sustained minor burn injuries after setting himself on fire has been discharged after preliminary treatment.”

“The boy was admitted in the OPD of the hospital and was discharged after treatment,” the MS told Kashmir Life.
