A complete shutdown was observed for the third consecutive day Thursday in Pampore area of South Kashmir’s Pulwama district against the killing of three slain militants who were killed in 48-hour long gunfight here.

All shops and business establishments were closed while traffic was off the roads in Pampore, Frestbal, Sempora and Pantha Chowk areas.

Police and paramilitary were deployed on the roads to thwart any possible protests.
