SRINAGAR
The 60 years old Rafeeq Ahmad Basanda son of Ghulam Nabi resident of Fateh Kadal, Srinagar at present Housing colony Ompora, Budgam was brought dead to District Hospital, Budgam in suspicious circumstances, police said on Monday.
Budgam Police has initiated inquest proceedings under section 174 CrPC to ascertain the cause of the death. Police after conducting all legal formalities handed over the body of the deceased to his relatives for last rites.
