Protest broke out in Baramulla town Tuesday against the mysterious murder of a Sikh lady, whose stabbed body was found abandoned in Kanil Bagh area.
The slain was identified 55-year-old Kundan Kour, whose death brought out scores of Sikhs and Muslims, placing her body on a road, demanding arrest of the culprits.
When contacted, the police official said investigations have been taken up in the case.
