SRINAGAR
The first round of counting has been completed in Shopian assembly constituency and as the trend shows, Independent Candidate Shabir Kulay is leading by 710 votes.
Sources said that Shabir has got 1299 votes so far while PDP got 805 votes and NC got 52.
