PDP Leads in 4, BJP in 3

Counting began in all the district headquarters of Jammu and Kashmir Tuesday morning. The starting trends show PDP leading in 4 seats while the BJP is leading in 3.

The National Conference was still to take the lead in any seat till the reports last came in.
