In Shopian after the end of three rounds of counting independent candidate Shabir Kullay is leading. He has secured 2609 votes against 2496 of PDP’s M Yousuf Bhat. NC’s Sheikh Rafi has secured 254 votes.

In Wacchi, PDP’s Aijaz Mir has secured 3238 votes against 2361 votes of NC.
