Militants on Wednesday fired upon army party in Chak-e- Cholan area of south Kashmir’s Shopian district. However, there was no report of any casualties.
An official said that militants fired upon army’s 34 RR party at Chak-e- Cholan when they laid search and cordon operation in the village on today afternoon.
He said a search operation has been launched to nab the militants.
