Unknown gunmen on Friday late evening abducted a son of CRPF man in Zirpora village in Bijbhera of south Kashmir’s Islamabad district.
Reports said that unknown gunmen barged inside the house of CRPF man Farooq Ahmad Bhat and abducted his son Shariq Ahmad Bhat on today late evening from his house in Zirpora village near Gadseer Bijbhera.
Meanwhile, forces have launched a search operation to trace the abducted youth.
Earlier, the authorities had sounded high alert across south Kashmir areas on Thursday after gunmen abducted seven relatives of the police force.
