A day-long celebration observed on the day of her wedding cost a bride her life in Qazigund area of south Kashmir Kulgam district on Monday.
Bride dies of heart attack on the wedding day
The bride, identified as Rafiqa Banoo, daughter of Rajwali Dedad of Waltangoo-nard Kund Qazigund, suffered a heart attack when the reception party was in full swing.
According to reports, Rafiqa collapsed at her residence amid celebrations of her marriage. She was soon rushed to Primary health Centre Razaloo and then referred to Qazigund hospital where doctors declared her as brought dead.
