Masarat Aalam sent on Judicial Remand to Sub-Jail Bla for 10 Days: ML

A court on Saturday sent Muslim League and Hurriyat Conference (g) Secretary General (III) Masarat Alam Bhat to 10 days of judicial remand to sub-jail Baramulla.

According to Muslim League spokesperson, the court earlier bailed Aalam and directed police officials to release him if no other case is registered against him.

Aalam according to the leader was presented before the court of third Munsif.

He said that another case has been registered against Aalam in police station Shaheed Gunj and has been shifted to Sub-jail Baramulla for 10 days of judicial remand.

The spokesperson said that his health condition is also getting deteriorating day by day with remaining behind the bars.

Masarat Alam is facing incarceration since 2010. He was released in March 2015 but only after 40 days he was again arrested. (KNS)
