SRINAGAR
Rejecting the concept of giving subsidies to new breed of young entrepreneurs, Dr Haseeb A Drabu said that Government will set up “incubators for sunrise industries in the capital cities of Srinagar and Jammu.”
Proposing to earmark Rs 5 crore as start-up fund to begin with, Dr Drabu said that Business Incubators will provide finances, branding, and marketing support to the entrepreneurs.
