Victim Women in Kunan Protest against Polls

SRINAGAR

Victims of mass rape in Kunan Poshpora villages protested outside polling booths established in the area in district of Kupwara on Tuesday.

The protesting victims carried banners and raised slogans demanding justice.

Sources said that polling was halted for about twenty minutes and it was resumed only when authorities talked to the protesting women and they ended their protest.
