SRINAGAR
According to a government spokesperson, 4.05 % polling was recorded in Srinagar segment of Srinagar Lok Sabha constituency till 9:00 am.
He said that Ganderbal segment of the Srinagar Lok Sabha recorded 8.88 percent while Budgam witnessed 3.64 percent up to 9: 00 in the morning.
This is the second leg of Lok Sabha polling in valley.
