Seven persons were injured in a road accident in Pampore while two other persons were injured in an accident in Anantang, a police statement said.
“A Tata Sumo bearing registration number JK01D-9903 turned turtle near Petrol Pump, Pampore, resulting in injuries to six passengers and the driver of the vehicle. All the injured were shifted to hospital for treatment,” the statement said.
It added that two passengers travelling on the rooftop of a Sumo bearing registration number JK03A/4910 fell down at Panad Khiram, Srigufwara and got injured. The injured were hospitalized.
Police informed that cases have been registered to investigate the matters.
