48-Year-Old Woman Dies of Covid-19, J&K Toll 1932

SRINAGAR: Jammu and Kashmir reported one more death due to the covid-19 in the last 24 hours.

Quoting officials news agency GNS reported that that the victim was a 48-year-old woman from ward no. 2 in Kathua district of Jammu division, and her death took the fatality count to 1932 in J&K—1212 in Valley and 720 in Jammu division.

Srinagar district with 454 deaths tops the list followed by Jammu (370), Baramulla (174), Budgam (117), Kupwara (95), Pulwama (88), Anantnag (84), Doda (64), Bandipora (61), Udhampur (57), Kulgam (54), Rajouri (55), Kathua (52), Ganderbal (46), Shopian (39), Samba (39), Poonch (24), Ramban (21), Kishtwar(22), and Reasi (15).

The number of active cases stands at 1103 in the J&K—414 in Jammu and 689 in Kashmir while 121124 patients have so far recovered from the infection, the officials added.
