Cordon and Search Operation was launched in Dana Bahak forest area of Malangam in north Kashmir’s district Bandipora on Monday following some gunshots were heard in the area.
An official said that they heard some gunshots in early today in the forest area of Dana Bahak in Malangam.
He said soon after gunshots army’s 27 RR launched a CASO in Dana Bahak forest area.
He said that additional forces rushed to the area to the area and they are conducting searches as they suspect the presence of militants.
