In an hour long meeting at the Raj Bhavan here on Wednesday, Governor N N Vohra and Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti discussed various important matters relating to the urgent restoration of peace and normalcy in the State.
They also discussed issues relating to the Union Home Minister led All Party Delegation’s visit to the State on 4-5 September, 2016, an official spokesperson said this evening.
Meanwhile, Lt Gen D S Hooda, Northern Army Commander, met Governor N N Vohra at the Raj Bhavan today.
The Governor discussed with General Hooda the obtaining internal security situation in J&K, the spokesperson added.
