Army shot dead one youth while five other persons were injured when they were hit by bullets.
Sources said that army convoy was attacked at two places in North Kashmir’s Baramulla district o Wednesday morning when armed personnel opened live ammunition.
They said army opened fire at Ladoora and Nadihal.
“Three persons each were injured at Ladoora and Nadihal,” they said.
The injured were rushed to Baramulla hospital where one, identified as Danish, succumbed to his injuries.
Other two of the five injured persons were identified as Idrees Ahmad Malik (14), s/o Altaf Ahmad and Ishaaq Bashir Lone (25), both residents of Ladoora Baramulla.
