SRINAGAR
The overnight rains trigger water-logging at many places in state’s summer capital with roads inundating and drains overflowing at the moment.
Water-logging at major portion of Lal Chowk, Dalgate and other places led to traffic jams and badly hampered public movement.
Meteorological department has forecasted moderate to rather heavy rainfall during the next 24 hours.
Meanwhile, fresh showers have lowered down temperature to 10.6 degrees Celsius in Srinagar, 7.4 and 2.6 degrees Celsius respectively at Pahalgam and Gulmarg.
