Body recovered in Islamabad

SRINAGAR
Police recovered a body from Nallah Liddar near Akoora Bridge, in Mattan Islamabad, Police said on Sunday.
The body was later identified of a mentally challenged person Gowhar Ahmad Wani son of Ghulam Nabi resident of Mattan Pranbhawn.
Police have initiated an inquest proceeding under section 174 CrPC to ascertain the cause of the death in this regard.
The body was handed over to his next of kins for last rites after completion of all legal formalities.
