A youth on Saturday drowned into the flood channel while saving a dog at Tengpora Bypass in Srinagar
An official said that a youth identified as Asif Ahmed of Nagrota, Jammu, was living in a makeshift tent at Tenpora, Bypass, drowned into the flood channel while he was trying to rescue his dog.
the official added that body of the youth is yet to trace.
