Amid rains, thousands on Saturday participated in the last rites of slain civilian, Faizan Ahmad Poswal at his native Gosannad Ludhow village in south Kashmir’s Pulwama district.

Reports said that multiple rounds of funeral prayers were held at local Eidgah, in Ludhow. While thousands of the people have visited Faizan’s residence from yesterday for condolences.
Faizan, a 10th class student was killed near the gunfight site in Chatpora village of Pulwama. While a number of youth have sustained bullet, pellet and tear smoke shell injuries during the clashes.
