Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti on Monday said that review of second time stone pelting offenders was under consideration of her government.
Replying to the question raised by MLC Mohammad Yasir Reshi in Legislative Council as what was the government doing about those who had more than one FIRs in their name, Mehbooba said, “our government is currently reviewing the cases of first-time offenders.”
However, the CM added, “cases of second time stone pelting offenders is also under consideration of our government.”
