Governor N.N. Vohra has expressed grief over the sad demise of Sh. Syed Habibullah Andrabi, father of Prof Khurshid Iqbal Andrabi, Vice Chancellor University of Kashmir.
In a message, the Governor has prayed to the Almighty for granting peace to the departed soul and strength to the bereaved family to bear this loss.
