Advisor to the Prime Minister on Foreign Affairs Sartaj Aziz said Pakistan would continue to extend its moral, political and diplomatic support to the people of Kashmir.
He said the people of Kashmir particularly youth “have started a landmark independence movement”, Radio Pakistan reported on Friday.
The Advisor said, “Pakistan would use every forum to highlight the Indian human rights violations and atrocities against the innocent Kashmiris, who were fighting for their just right of self-determination.”
Kashmir is witnessing a mass civil uprising and at least 73 civilians have been killed while over 10000 civilians have been injured in forces action.
Pakistan has been seeking international attention towards Kashmir by writing to world bodies while India has been maintaining that Kashmir is its integral part.
