Around 5 Dozen Employees Suspended in Central Kashmir

Ensuring delivering of services to common masses, district administration of central Kashmir’s Budgam district has put around five dozen employees under suspension for remaining absent from duty.

Reports and officials said that around 58 employees engaged in various government departments were placed under suspension.

Mir Altaf Ahmed, Deputy Commissioner Budgam, in a surprise inspection of Consumer Affairs and Public Distribution, Education, and Employment Departments Saturday found 58 employees absent.

Altaf immediately directed action under the rules of law against the absentees.

He directed the officials of the district administration to ensure attendance of the employees and called for redressal of public grievances.
