Cabinet which met in Jammu under the chairmanship of chief minister Mufti Muhammad Sayeed Sunday approved promotions of some IAS officers and released grade of KAS officers from 1999 batch.
Cabinet also transferred land in Udhampur for government polytechnic. Details awaited
