A tyre repairing shop owner and two others including his son sustained head injuries after an air compressor exploded at his shop in Beerwah area of Budgam district on Thursday.
Reports said that an air compressor of a tyre repairing shop belonging to Riyaz Ahmad Beigh exploded in Aripanthan village, resulting in injuries to three persons including father-son duo and a helper working at their shop.
Soon after the incident, the injured persons were shifted to Magam hospital for treatment, where from they were referred to SMHS hospital for advanced treatment.
