Jammu and Kashmir government on Tuesday issued an order asking the government employees not use personal social media accounts for any political activity.
According to government order No. 1646 -GAD of 2017 date d: 26 – 12 – 2017 issued by General Administration, said “No government employee shall engage in any criminal, dishonest, immoral or disgraceful conduct on social media which may be prejudicial to the Government. They shall not post inflammatory, extraneous messages in an online community with the intent of provoking readers into an emotional response or of otherwise disrupting a normal on-topic discussion.”
