Srinagar
Police on Monday claimed to have arrested three militants from the outskirts of Srinagar city.
The police spokesman said that three car-borne militants affiliated with Jaish-e-Mohammad outfit were arrested jointly by police and security forces after receiving credible inputs about the militants on Sunday. They were nabbed from Lawaypora area of Srinagar.
Police said incriminating materials which include ammunition and live rounds were recovered from the trio.
Meanwhile, police have registered a case in this regard and further investigations are going on.
