A complete shutdown is being observed in the Pulwama district in southern part of Kashmir for the fourth straight day on Wednesday, reports said.
The shutdown started in the southern Kashmir parts soon after Hizb militant commander Sabzar Ahmad and his associate, Faizan were killed in an encounter in Tral on Saturday.
Meanwhile, mobile phone services continue to remain suspended in Tral township. The service was snapped on Saturday afternoon after Sabzar and his aide were killed.
