Doda: A father has allegedly killed two sons and later killed himself in the Doda district of the Jammu region on Monday evening while police stated that they have rushed to the spot to ascertain the facts.
Sources said the three persons including the father and two sons were found in a pool of blood at Kahara Tehsil of Doda district.
They said that the father identified as Sumeet Singh (38), son of Chunni Lal allegedly killed his two sons and later killed himself as well.
The sons have been identified as Chander Kant (17) and Kamal Kant (15) of Joura Khurd village in Doda.
However, a police official said they have rushed to the spot to ascertain the facts. “It is being informed that a father has killed himself as well as his two sons with a 12-bore rifle. We are heading towards the spot to investigate the matter,” he said. (KNO)
