SRINAGAR: Three militants were killed in an encounter with counter-insurgent forces at Ghat Mohalla area of Kakapora in south Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Friday.
An official said that three militants were killed so far in the ongoing encounter at Ghat Mohalla area of Kakapora.

The identity and the affiliations of the slain militants could not be ascertained immediately.
Earlier, a police spokesman said a gunfight broke out between militants and forces at Ghat Mohalla area of Kakapora.
