SRINAGAR: Former chief minister and vice president of the National Conference Omar Abdullah tested negative for Covid-19 18 days after he first tested positive for the virus. Taking to the micro-blogging site twitter, Omar wrote,
“I’ve tested negative for COVID 18 days after first testing positive. Thankfully except for a blocked nose day 9 onwards for a few days, I had no symptoms at all. I know a lot of people aren’t as lucky as I was & I’m deeply grateful for that”

It’s significant to mention here that Jammu and Kashmir reported a total of 2135 fresh covid-19 cases while as 25 more people succumbed to the virus, yesterday, the highest so far in the last 24 hours.
