SRINAGAR: At least four passengers including the driver were injured on Wednesday after the vehicle they were travelling in met with an accident and fell into a gorge along the national highway in Digdole area near Battery Chashma in Ramban.
According to news agency KNO, a Tata Sumo bearing registration number JK03C-2724 rolled down into a gorge from NH44 at Panyal Mod in Digdole near Battery Chashma.
Soon after the mishap took place, QRT and SDRF rescue teams reached the spot. “Four persons were reportedly travelling in the vehicle were injured and have been shifted to the hospital for treatment,” the officials said.
