As per a statement to local news agency CNS, Hizbul Mujhadeen Chief Commander Syed Salahuddin while expressing satisfaction over the joining of an army man into the militant outfit hoped that other freedom loving policemen and officers will follow suit.

“Earlier as well so many policemen and officer have joined militant ranks and sacrificed their precious life for sake of Kashmir Freedom Struggle. Zahoor Ahmed, hopefully will prove an asset for this ongoing struggle,” he said.

Syed Salahuddin said that Indian agencies and RSS are using media to defame Kashmir Freedom Struggle. “They are playing the Al-Qaida and ISIS card and trying to give an impression that these organizations are present in Kashmir, which is a white lie,” he said.
